Ms. Leslie has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a strong background in assisting healthcare organizations with technology strategy, business development, product design, development and implementation.

In addition, Ms. Leslie advised the early planning of one of the first statewide regional health information organizations, CALRHIO, and has advised multiple health information exchange initiatives regarding their exchange and portal technology strategies, operating policies and procedures, and funding models.

She also worked as director of partner relations for the National IPA Coalition and led the California Information Exchange (CALINX) project, a statewide, multi-stakeholder initiative that developed data standards and data use policies to guide health information exchange among payors, providers and employers. Ms. Leslie launched her career in the IT strategy practice of Coopers & Lybrand, where she specialized in information technology strategy and mergers and acquisitions, and as a senior healthcare consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
